Our Pootectors will also do a quick evaluation of your yard based on size and number of dogs to confirm that you were given the correct estimate.

You do not need to be home but you do need to make sure our Pootectors have access to the yard so that we may service it.
That is entirely up to you! If you have an aggressive dog, upon arrival we will contact you to secure the dog. If you are not available we will be unable to service your yard. We can reschedule to make sure the dog is secured upon arrival.
No, but to begin our investigation we will need a service agreement. This simply gives our Pootectors permission to be on your property and to outline our policies and procedures. The continuation and growth of our business is built upon customer satisfaction, not contractual obligations. You can stop service at any time by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at 636-535-5859 at least 24 hours before your next scoop.
We sure do! Refer a friend and if you are on a recurring service agreement, you will receive a free visit when they sign up online for recurring service and they will get their first visit free. Refer as many friends as you want; there is no limit.

If cancelling, it is the customers responsibility to cancel service. If service is no longer wanted, notify The Pootector 24 hours prior to next service. The Pootector will invoice any outstanding balances if needed.
Your Pootector will arrive and take captive all the waste on the same day(s) each week. Just let us know your preferred day and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

Yes, please do. As responsible Pootectors we take measures to prevent the spread of disease and illness. It is best to notify us so that we can take extra precautions if needed.
Even though we scoop dog poop, customer service is our number one goal. We provide 100% worry free service. Just contact us and we will return to the scene and make sure you are satisfied.
Yes and No. The customer is responsible for keeping the grass at a reasonable level and to keep the leaves picked up in the service area. We will still clean your yard to the best of our ability, but we cannot honor the 100% customer satisfaction, as the long grass and leaves may cover up the crime. We will not return if waste is missed due to overgrown grass or un-raked leaves.
Our Pootectors work year round but observe the following major U.S. holidays; New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend (Thursday thru Sunday), Christmas Week (if Christmas Day falls on a weekend, we will take the following week off). When a holiday falls on your regular day, we will come the day before the holiday. There are certain times of the year that we will be unavailable. If this affects your service, you will be notified via email.
